All reasonable measures are taken to ensure that our website is operational at all times. However, occasionally technical issues may occur.

We will not be liable if our website is unavailable.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using our website.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Ordering

If you wish to make a purchase you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase.

We do not hold your credit card data. Soap Naturally uses Stripe payment gateway to process on-line payments.

The full price and delivery charges will be displayed before you confirm the final payment.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within one working day, and then one within another working day of your order being dispatched.

Your order will be processed and dispatched no later than 5 working days after it has been placed.

If we are unable to accept or fulfill your order, we will inform you of this via email, and issue a refund for the full amount paid, including any postage charges.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

Returns & Cancellations

You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days. If you already received the goods you can return them to the following address:

You can only return unused/ unopened product. Product being returned should be safely wrapped.

Soap Naturally will issue a full refund (excluding postal charges) within 14 days.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions are governed by Irish laws. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.
